Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Support Officer to join our team in Kent. As a Support Officer, you will provide invaluable support and guidance to individuals and families experiencing domestic abuse issues.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing advocacy and support to customers with additional needs
- Assisting customers with welfare, housing, and legal entitlements
- Supporting customers to move to safe and permanent accommodation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver quality services and achieve positive outcomes
We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector, but we are also looking for individuals who possess the qualities and skills necessary to excel in this role. A full training package will be provided to new members of our team to help them develop the skills to become a great Support Officer.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required and be eligible to work in the UK. This post is subject to an Enhanced Adult & Child plus barred list Criminal Record Check.
