Receptionist Opportunity at Yauatcha Soho

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team at Yauatcha Soho, a modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant in the heart of London.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front-of-house operations, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, handling reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen and other departments
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to the company's standards and values
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
