About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at Number 65 Dental & Implant Clinic in Wadebridge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a warm and welcoming environment
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Work collaboratively with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Previous front of house experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
