Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HGV driver to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. The successful candidate will be required to work with our client, GXO, in Newark, transporting electrical goods to Curry's stores or warehouses/RDCs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport electrical goods to Curry's stores or warehouses/RDCs
  • Work day shifts, Monday to Friday, with the option to work Saturday and Sunday
  • Meet the requirements of the Class 1 site assessment / induction, including a multiple choice questionnaire, pre-checks, driving assessment, and site induction
Benefits:
  • Flexible shifts, including Monday to Friday, Sunday to Thursday, or Wednesday to Saturday
  • Flexible start times, choose your start time window (04:00 - 10:00)
  • Excellent pay, £18.19ph, £20.23ph on Saturday, £21.25ph on Sunday
  • Paid holidays, 28 days per year (for full-time work)
  • Referral bonus, earn £100 for each friend you refer
  • Payment options, choose between weekly or monthly pay
  • Electronic timesheets, submit electronically for ease and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Experience as a HGV driver
  • Category C+E (HGV 1) license
  • Certification, digital tachograph card and CPC qualification
  • Clean record, no DR10, CD10, IN10, no more than 6 points on your license
  • Aged 21 or above
