Role Overview:
As a Site Operative, your responsibilities will include assisting with site organization, transporting materials, maintaining cleanliness in various areas, including completed properties for handover, and supporting tradespeople as required.
Candidate Profile:
* Ideally, you will have prior experience in a site operative role. You should be comfortable with manual handling and moving materials throughout the day.
* You should be willing to assist with site access control if necessary.
* A strong awareness of health and safety protocols on site is essential, along with consideration for your colleagues.
* Punctuality is crucial; you will be expected to adhere to the shift timings set by the site supervisor and undertake additional tasks as directed.
To excel in this position, you should possess and demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in a site operative capacity
* A valid CSCS certification
* A robust work ethic and ability to collaborate within a team
