About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Lead to join our team at NFP People, a charity that supports unpaid carers in Surrey. As a Fundraising Lead, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to empower carers to feel more in control of their lives and less alone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure new income streams
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and partners
  • Manage and grow our existing fundraising portfolio, including corporate partnerships and individual giving
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and deliver fundraising campaigns and events
  • Monitor and evaluate fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in a charity or non-profit setting
  • Strong knowledge of fundraising principles, strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership-building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £25,875 for 30 hours per week, with a full-time equivalent salary of £31,051
  • A part-time, permanent contract with 30 hours per week
