We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a key member of our product leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering value to our customers and stakeholders within the IAM field.
Key Responsibilities- Evolving and driving the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for our IAM solutions.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to set the future direction of our product and align with our business strategy.
- Understanding key user personas, customers, and stakeholders for our product and their pain points.
- Accountable for the performance and adoption of our product, working towards achieving our Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs).
- Prioritizing work and making decisive trade-offs with peers and senior leaders.
- Strong experience working with Identity and Access Management and Privileged Access Management.
- Applied user-focused principles to the products you've worked on, ensuring intuitive and easy-to-use experiences for customers.
- Analysed customer research results and used them to influence product outcomes and strategic goals.
- Understood how diverse personas or customer groups perceive, understand, and experience your product in different ways.
- Written hypothesis statements and worked with optimisation managers and engineers to set up and execute experiments.
- Understood how large technology systems interact with each other and tracked health metrics (uptime, SLOs, response time, etc).
- Developed and baseline product OKRs.
