Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Cost Management team in Macau. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction consulting, cost engineering, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale commercial development projects, providing strategic cost advice and managing project teams.
  • Develop cost plans, contract documentation, and budgetary estimates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage the flow of project information, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Take line management responsibility, advising on resource procurement and team development.
  • Drive business growth, identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in construction consulting, cost engineering, and project management.
  • Professional RICS qualification and fluency in English.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, with a strong focus on cost management and team leadership.
