We are currently seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Rise Executive Search & Recruitment Ltd. This role is focused on the South West region of England and offers a competitive salary package.
Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position includes a base salary of up to £35,000 per annum, along with a performance-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include a tax-efficient company car, reimbursement for business mileage, a smartphone, and a laptop.
Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Sales Executive, you will:
- Manage an established portfolio of clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to customers, fostering relationships and identifying sales potential.
- Work autonomously, maintaining a structured schedule with approximately four days of travel and one day working from a home office.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide detailed reports of sales activities and customer interactions to the management team.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A background in external sales, preferably as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or Account Manager.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a cheerful and outgoing demeanor.
- Self-motivation and a drive for success, coupled with the ability to work independently.
