Position Title: Support Specialist for Behavioral Education
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to assist in a Primary educational setting on a one-to-one basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing strong, trusting relationships with students
- Providing support in both small group settings and individual sessions
- Demonstrating resilience and encouraging students to overcome challenges
- Potential for the role to transition into a permanent position following a qualifying period
Qualifications:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Possession of an overseas criminal clearance or readiness to apply for one
- Current child enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- Minimum of six months residency in the UK
- Not accepting candidates on skilled worker visas
- References covering the last 24 months of employment must be available upon request

All pay rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent later.
