About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Mechatronics Design Engineer to join our automation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative mechatronic systems and solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop mechatronic systems and components, including robotics, automation systems, and smart devices.
- Prototype and test mechatronic systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance standards are met.
- Integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components into cohesive systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing systems and develop effective solutions.
- Lead or contribute to project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and user manuals.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An engineering background with a degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mechatronic system design and development.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C#, Python.
- Familiarity with control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
- Knowledge of industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
