Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing project teams or work streams, managing high-quality delivery, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead project teams or work streams to deliver construction projects in the utilities and transport sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including Utilities and Transport clients.
  • Liaise with service line teams, account teams, and functional specialists to ensure efficient and collaborative delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Have a strong understanding of the UK Government and Local Authority organisations, particularly the Environment Agency and/or Water Companies.
  • Have experience of project management and/or programme management from the initial strategic planning phase to implementation, construction, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the Transport and/or Utilities sector, working on Construction projects.
  • Previous experience of working with UK Government and Local Authority organisations would be beneficial.
  • Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
  • Strong planning and organising skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously.
