We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance System Administrator to join our team at Venn Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and troubleshooting our finance systems, ensuring they are in line with financial regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing finance systems processes, including starter, mover, and leaver processes
  • Responsible for troubleshooting and testing to identify issues
  • Managing stakeholder relationships with software suppliers, understanding stakeholder needs, and providing excellent customer service
  • System administration tasks, including integration between invoice software and finance system to prevent late payments
  • Updating and maintaining the chart of accounts

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, developing, and troubleshooting finance systems, technical and communication skills to lead change, and excellent business relationships skills with colleagues, suppliers, and system users.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be proactive in suggesting developments and new methods of working, have problem-solving and decision-making skills, and experience in providing training to staff members.
