The Role: Personal Care AssistantWe are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to join our team and provide invaluable support to a lady residing in her home. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life, fostering independence and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations to enhance the individual's social and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized home environment by assisting with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
- Accompany the individual to appointments and errands as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Care for pets, providing feeding, grooming, and playtime as required.
- Develop a strong rapport with the individual, demonstrating empathy, respect, and understanding.
- A genuine passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and open dialogue.
