This is a fantastic opportunity to join Rotork, a leading global flow control and instrumentation company, in an exciting part of our global transformation. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Operations D365 Transition Manager to deliver change and support within our D365 programme and wider strategy across the supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities- Support the global team to deliver the operations optimisation programme as a process SME.
- Work with each site to ensure they are aligned from a best practice perspective, adopting them as part of Factory readiness.
- Develop and implement robust processes to drive speed and efficiency across the supply chain function.
- Navigate our sites through the change, taking them on the journey from 'as is' – 'to be'.
- Create tailored processes and guide them through the change where there are specific local requirements.
- Experience working in Supply chain management roles (Production planning and material control).
- Proficient level of knowledge and experience of key Operations processes across the supply chain function.
- Demonstrable track record, and sufficient gravitas and experience, to deliver positive, high impact business outcomes and change.
- Experience working on a substantial change project or upgrade of an ERP system.
- Experience managing senior internal & external stakeholders to provide information, drive decisions and resolve issues.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment, in agile and dynamic way to tackle unexpected & emerging issues.
- Experience of driving continuous improvement.
- Experience of D365 is highly advantageous.
