Job Title: Business Transformation Manager-Treasury

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Treasury Transformation initiative, driving strategic change and process improvements across our Treasury function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Treasury transformation strategy, aligning with our corporate objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Treasury, Finance, or a related field, with a strong background in transformation or change management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading large-scale transformation projects within a financial services environment.
  • Accounting or Treasury qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strategic thinking, change management, and organizational development skills.
  • Process improvement, innovation, and financial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of Treasury Management Systems and financial technologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
