Due to ongoing growth, Career Cross Limited is seeking a skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Retail and collaborate with our Retail Team to ensure the effective management of a diverse portfolio of retail accounts across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Oversee the National Account Assistants and provide support to the Account Managers.
- Order Processing: Ensure the seamless operation of the order process from receipt to delivery, including the collection and allocation of orders, timely processing, and communication with retail contacts for any necessary amendments.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account.
- Data Management: Set up new customers in our management system and maintain accurate customer data, including the introduction of new products using specific data files.
- Query Resolution: Address inquiries from customer headquarters and retail locations through various communication channels.
- Data Recording: Ensure precise documentation of all relevant data.
- Sales Support: Assist the Field Sales Team by analyzing data related to forecasts, inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to guarantee that all necessary data, reports, and information are readily available for the Retail Team.
- Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power BI is advantageous but not mandatory.
This position operates on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We look forward to welcoming a dedicated professional to our team.
