Night Porter

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Hotel Reception Team at the exclusive Everglades Hotel. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and comfort of our guests during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Ensure the security of guests and the premises, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist with the smooth operation of the hotel, including receiving and delivering guest luggage, providing car parking valet services, and maintaining customer areas.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment and provide excellent communication skills.
• Comply with all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service, a commitment to maintaining high standards, and a willingness to work under pressure.
