- Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and budgets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and audit preparation.
- Financial Risk Management: Develop and oversee the annual budget, managing financial and operational risks to ensure the long-term sustainability of our business.
- Financial Partnership: Support and advise the business as a Finance Business Partner, providing expert guidance on financial matters and driving business growth.
- Team Development: Coach, lead, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Cash Flow and Treasury Management: Drive cash flow and treasury management strategies to optimize financial resources, ensuring the efficient management of our finances.
- Process Improvement: Identify process improvements and design and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our finance operations.
- Accounting Experience: Extensive accounts experience with great knowledge of accounting procedures and working within a quality framework.
- Qualifications: ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Leadership Skills: A natural team player with a passion for developing, coaching, and leading finance teams, with experience of delivering effective formal performance reviews.
- Communication Skills: High levels of communication skills, adapting style and content to your audience.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding organization with an ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
- Decision-Making Skills: Strong decision-making skills.

- Location: Willingness to work with a remote team and live within a commutable distance of our location.
We offer a competitive salary of around £60,000 pa depending on experience, plus many other benefits such as a great pension scheme, private healthcare, life assurance cover, and holiday which increases with service.
