Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Engagement: Oversee relationships with external stakeholders involved in forest and ecosystem initiatives.
  • Business Growth: Work alongside relationship managers to enhance business opportunities.
  • Process Oversight: Liaise with global data teams to communicate requirements and oversee solution processes.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor revenue, manage agreements, track expenditures, and generate financial documentation.
  • Product Enhancement and Quality Assurance: Continuously improve and uphold the quality of solution offerings.
  • Industry Participation: Engage in relevant industry forums and events.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Committed to problem-solving and crafting effective solutions for promoting forest-positive initiatives in global supply chains.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for forests, agriculture, family farming, and social education.
  • Belief in the significance of technology and collaboration to foster a sustainable future for forests and land use.
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach with a focus on informed decision-making.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing intricate projects in diverse, multicultural settings.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized in managing tasks and priorities.

Working Conditions:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental management, forestry, engineering, remote sensing/GIS) preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience (including but not limited to product development, exposure to government, private sector, supply chains, and/or regulations).
  • Demonstrated project management experience with a positive impact on sustainability.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Valid work authorization required.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (France, UK, Switzerland) up to 10% of the time.
  • Full-time, open-ended position.
