Key Responsibilities- Proactive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on our machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Continuous Improvement: Assist in the installation of new machines and upgrades, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the engineering team to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Relevant Qualifications: Hold a relevant engineering qualification and be able to prove competency in all forms of isolation, electrical safety, and safe panel entry.
- Experience: Possess experience of FMCG operations and be proficient in the use of computer-based maintenance systems.
- Skills: Demonstrate flexibility, a health and safety-driven approach, and the ability to strip and reassemble machines, as well as complete machine size change procedures and adjustments.
- Shift Pattern: Work night shifts, 10pm - 6am, Sunday to Thursday.
- Salary: Up to £57,500 per annum, depending on experience.
