About the Role

Partful is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial management and operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for financial management and operational delivery.
  • Identify and manage operating risks, and oversee Partful's human resources, technology, and operational and administrative functions.
  • Effectively identify and manage risks arising and drive control enhancements.
  • Build strong relationships with senior management to ensure effective resource management.
  • Be responsible for Conduct Risk across the business and ensuring this is effectively managed and controlled.
  • Oversee operational budget with a laser focus on cash flow and keep a close eye on financial modelling and scenario planning as required for long term and short term projections for Partful.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organisation-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
  • Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organisational goals are met.
  • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
Requirements
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to tailor communications, content, language and style based on the audience background, experience and responsibilities.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
  • Dedication to building and growing a strong and stable workforce.
