About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Learning Manager to join our team at Outwood Academy Ormesby. As a Learning Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting students and staff to achieve academic success and improve student behavior, attendance, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support all students in the year group, both academically and behaviorally.
- Work closely with the Inclusion Coordinator and the Leadership Team to improve student behavior, attendance, and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to support students with specific needs.
- Collaborate with teachers to provide targeted support and interventions.
- Contribute to the development of a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Extremely well-organized with the ability to prioritize work and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and lead by example.
- Professional, prompt, and confidential communication with students, parents, and outside agencies.
- Ability to work with students, parents, and staff to achieve academic success and improve student behavior, attendance, and outcomes.
