About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and flexible Personal Assistant to support a lady in her 40's living in the Rhondda area. The successful candidate will be responsible for accompanying her on daily activities, ensuring her safety and well-being, and supporting her in rebuilding her confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany the client on daily activities, including walks, shopping, and social events
- Support the client in rebuilding her confidence and independence through a rehabilitation program
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being at all times
- Provide emotional support and positive encouragement to the client
- Assist the client with tasks and activities as needed
Requirements
- Reliable and flexible with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a caring role is beneficial but not essential
- Car driver with a valid license
Working Hours
5 hours every other Saturday or Sunday, with occasional overnight shifts as required.
Rate of Pay
£12.00 per hour, plus 40p mileage allowance.
