Residential Care Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential & New Homes Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our care home, including identifying business opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
As a leader, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalized care to our residents. You will be expected to create and develop strong internal and external relationships, and play a key role in strengthening the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the care home, including business development, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to provide outstanding, personalized care to residents
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Contribute to the development of the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner
