Job Title: Casual Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Casual Technician to join our team at Bradford Theatres. As a Casual Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of technical duties, including programming ETC ION desks, focusing, fault finding, and other backstage work in a large theatre and concert hall environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and operating technical equipment, including ETC ION desks
  • Focusing and adjusting lighting and sound systems
  • Carrying out fault finding and troubleshooting tasks
  • Assisting with the preparation and execution of events and productions
  • Maintaining a safe and organized working environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12-24 months experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a theatre and concert hall environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
