Customer Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Team Leader to join our team at The Co-operative Group. As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Team Members, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop a team of Customer Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational at all times.
- Manage stock accuracy and diligence checks to provide a great shopping experience for customers.
- Support the Store Manager in deputising and delivering HR processes.
- Lead the introduction of new products and services in the store, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to learn, grow, and develop your leadership skills.
