Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Engineer to join our team at Green Folk LTD. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of high-performance alloy components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Lead the design and development of high-performance alloy components, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and operational requirements.
  • Customer Liaison: Serve as the primary technical liaison with key account customers, managing communications, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring that customer expectations are effectively translated into engineering solutions.
  • Collaboration and Project Management: Collaborate closely with process engineers to ensure product designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet quality standards, facilitating smooth transitions from design to production.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications, working in close coordination with the quality assurance team to resolve any issues related to product quality and compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for product enhancements based on customer feedback, production data, and advancements in materials science and manufacturing technologies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related STEM field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, specifically in the development of technically complex alloy components.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of materials science, metrology, and metallurgical processes, proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
