About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and creative Stylist to join our team at Swarovski. As a brand advocate, you will play a key role in creating an emotional connection with our customers and providing a spellbinding experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Accompany customers on a mesmerizing journey through our world of wonder, showcasing our legendary products and encouraging customers to discover their personal style.
  • Create a playful, bold, and creative atmosphere, making our customers' desires a reality.
  • Develop a true passion for making our customers' experiences unforgettable, with a focus on excellent customer service, questioning, and listening skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

About You

We are looking for an ultra-chic, boundary-pushing individual with a keen interest in luxury fashion, cosmetics, and lifestyle brands. You should have experience working in a multicultural retail environment and possess a winning personality to establish trustful relationships with customers.
