About the Role

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support IT Technician to join our team in Norwich. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our dedicated support team, ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our helpdesk team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee support desk activities and manage staff
  • Act as the escalation point for unresolved incidents
  • Assist with installation, migration, and onboarding projects
  • Manage RMM solutions and key client accounts
  • Support the rollout of new services and platforms
About You

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will have 5+ years' experience in a similar role and be proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD, Microsoft Servers & Desktops OS's, virtualization & Azure Virtual Machine, and RMM packages or similar. Familiarity with modern networking platforms and hardware is an advantage.

You will also hold a full driving license and access to your own vehicle, with a mileage allowance paid.
