Role Overview
As a newly qualified solicitor, you will engage in a diverse array of responsibilities within the Banking & Finance division, contributing to the team's overall success and development.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Preparing, negotiating, and finalizing financial agreements, including both facility and security documents, utilizing LMA templates as well as Birketts' proprietary precedents.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalizing supplementary documents such as fee letters, undertakings, and corporate authorizations.
- Overseeing transactions and collaborating with colleagues on larger deals.
- Participating in meetings with clients and other legal firms.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all work and documentation consistently meet high standards. A flexible work approach is essential to meet client deadlines and maintain regular communication with clients. An interest in business development is also important.
