Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team at Macfarlane Packaging. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers in the local region, operating Company HGV vehicles, and ensuring the safe and professional handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multiple customer packages daily, adhering to Company policies and procedures
  • Operate Company HGV vehicles and equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Load and secure vehicles daily, using forklifts and other equipment as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Comply with vehicle security and standing procedures at all times
  • Perform regular vehicle checks and report any defects or issues
  • Report any delivery issues or exceptions in a timely manner
