Bar Staff Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Staff member to join our team at ESS. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food to our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of drinks and food preparation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
