Job Title: Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Analysis Specialist to join our team at Change Digital. As an Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in helping us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in test automation, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, product owners, QAs/testers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement automated testing frameworks using various tools and technologies.
  2. Develop and maintain test automation scripts to ensure high-quality testing.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
  4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  1. Significant experience in automation engineering, with a strong background in automation tools, scripting languages, and frameworks.
  2. Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams towards successful automation implementation.
  3. Strong understanding of Test Automation toolkits with the ability to recommend appropriate solutions for a given client environment.
  4. Experience of delivering in an Agile environment with practical implementation of Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, ATDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, etc.
  5. Experience of testing BI/Data Warehouse/Analytics/ETL projects and working in data-driven environments.
  6. Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.).
  7. Exposure to test automation of networking technologies and APIs (REST or SOAP) within data-driven environments.
  8. An aptitude for best practice development and testing standards.
  9. Ability to write tests using a testing framework, for example; li>
  10. Debugging and analysis of system logs.
  11. In-depth knowledge of software testing tools, methodologies, and principles.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Working within a DevOps delivery model.
  2. Hands-on experience with one or more of: Selenium, Jenkins, Junit, JMeter, UFT, Loadrunner, HP Performance Centre, or other automation tools.
  3. Financial Services experience.
  4. Team building and team leading.
