Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

PRS Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in London. As a Mobile High Voltage Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance on a portfolio of commercial office buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of High Voltage electrical switchgear, including basic testing
  • Installation of High/Low Voltage electrical Switchgear
  • Reviewing and sign-off critical switching and complex RAMS for electrical work
  • Completing HV/LV Switching, HV SAP Duties supporting AP appointments, and managing Authorised Persons
  • Installation maintenance of Transformers
  • Ensuring routine maintenance is carried out to all critical plant, equipment, and systems

Requirements:

  • C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent in Mechanical discipline
  • Current Edition IEE: Wiring and Installation Regulations or equivalent Mechanical engineering qualification
  • Apprenticeship served
  • Good working knowledge of HV/LV electrical substations and equipment
  • Good understanding of HV Networks
