About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Researcher and Experience Design Lead to join our team at Rmg Digital. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading UX research initiatives and developing design strategies that drive business growth and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of UX researchers, guiding them through research projects from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement research strategies that align with product goals, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to prioritize research initiatives and advocate for a user-centered approach.
  • Translate research data into actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Leverage research methods to guide your team, translating product roadmaps into actionable strategies that support business goals.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX research, particularly in B2B or B2C enterprise settings.
  • Strong expertise in user behavior analysis, workshop facilitation, and product strategy.
  • Experience with continuous research frameworks is a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS company is a bonus.
