Job Title: Technician

We are seeking an experienced Technician to join our team at Renault UK. As a Technician, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and service of Renault vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake thorough examinations of vehicles to identify defects and faults.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to diagnose complex issues and recommend repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers are informed and satisfied with the work completed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical information and training provided by Renault.
Requirements:
  • Relevant formal qualification (IMI/City & Guilds) and extensive experience in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality work and committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
