Procurement and Contract Management Role
**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement and Contract Management professional to join our team at The Curve Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Procurement and Contract Management Teams, ensuring optimal performance and strategic alignment with the business's aims.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide direction and leadership to the Procurement and Contract Management Teams, driving transformation and delivery of sourcing activities, onboarding processes, and governance.
* Oversee the delivery of the Procurement & Supplier Management Committee, ensuring end-to-end policies, sourcing limits, procedures, and control frameworks are in place and optimized.
* Manage the Essential and Sensitive Suppliers list, the TPRM process, regulatory changes, and associated governance, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and statutory obligations.
* Participate in necessary training to enhance professional development and expertise, adhering to Data Protection Legislation regarding the disclosure of information.

* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in Procurement and Contract Management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days a week in the office.
