Job Title: Activities Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team at Adswood Lodge care home in Stockport. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a key role in empowering the people we support to live fulfilled and happy lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and lead meaningful and entertaining activities for the people we support
  • Develop individual activity plans based on people's unique goals and interests
  • Foster community spirit through group activities
  • Support people to maintain their current and take up new hobbies, interests, and educational opportunities
  • Assist people to become more involved in their local community
  • Celebrate national awareness days, holidays, and individual/collective achievements

If you haven't worked in the care sector before, we will help you feel right at home from the start with our induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes. We value relevant experience and qualifications, but they are not essential for this role.
