About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Sales Manager to join our team at SIG plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets for our roofing industry products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage existing accounts to maximize business and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director to set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Previous sales management experience in a similar industry.
- Strong numeracy and IT skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Industry knowledge and experience in the roofing industry is desirable.
