This organization is seeking a CNC Programming Specialist and Team Leader to become part of their innovative and technologically driven team.

About the Position:

In this role, you will be instrumental in the manufacturing operations, programming CNC equipment to produce precise designs for carbon fibre components.

Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team, ensuring the efficient functioning of CNC machinery, and upholding the exceptional standards expected by clients while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance and optimize programming workflows.
  • Lead and mentor a group of CNC operators and programmers.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  • Guarantee high-quality production and compliance with safety regulations.

Working Hours:

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for overtime. A typical workweek consists of 40 hours, including a 15-minute morning break and a 30-minute lunch break.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a small team.
  • Hands-on experience with CNC machinery and 5-axis machining.
  • Familiarity with ALPHA CAM is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
