Grill Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Grill Chef to join our team at White Hart Guestling Beefeater. As a Grill Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to enhance the customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Grill Chef or in a similar kitchen role.

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
