Role Overview:
- This position involves field service engineering and customer support across multiple NHS locations
- Responsibilities include installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Key duties involve diagnosing issues, managing fault ownership, and performing routine maintenance across various equipment

Compensation and Benefits:

Candidate Profile:
- An engineering qualification is essential

- Must possess a logical, process-oriented approach and effective time management skills
- Ability to deliver service support aligned with key performance indicators

- Experience in customer-facing engineering roles is advantageous
- Proven troubleshooting capabilities are required
- Familiarity with electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and IT is important
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management is a plus
- A valid driver's license and the right to work in the UK are mandatory
