We are seeking a skilled and creative Activity Coordinator to join our team at Priory Group. As an Activity Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging and therapeutic activities to our patients, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver group sessions focused on self-care, self-soothing techniques, and creative outlets to explore and work through emotional distress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment programs for patients.
  • Utilize creative abilities to create and deliver engaging activities that promote patient engagement and participation.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop targeted interventions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress and activity participation.

Requirements

  • Level 3+ qualifications in counseling, life coaching, or mentoring are desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in delivering group sessions and working with patients with mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
