Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and requirements effectively.
- Schedule vehicles for inspections and repairs.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and aftercare services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or a Technician transitioning to an in-house role.
- Strong knowledge of the automotive sector is essential.
- Proficient in database management and computer applications.
Compensation Package: The remuneration for this position includes a competitive base salary of £30,000, subject to review after three months, along with opportunities for substantial paid overtime, pension contributions, and healthcare benefits.
