Are you an experienced site manager looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a site manager in the Yorkshire region.

Job Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects in the commercial, industrial, and care/resi sectors, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines. Key duties will include:

  • Site setup and preparation
  • Reading and interpreting project drawings
  • Managing daily diaries and tool box talks
  • Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
  • Material call offs and logistics
  • Ensuring compliance with RAMS and company health and safety procedures


Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a recognized construction-related qualification, such as an NVQ, HNC, or HND, and hold relevant certifications, including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. Experience in the industrial and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
