About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health Promotion Coordinator to join our team at Reed in Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our Norfolk Stop Smoking Service contract.
Key Responsibilities- Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement an effective engagement strategy to promote and grow our Norfolk Stop Smoking Service.
- Remote Promotion: Deliver remote promotion of our Norfolk Stop Smoking Service, including partner communications, creation, and delivery of digital marketing activity.
- Meetings and Events: Attend meetings and events, supporting the setup of stalls and stands, ensuring sufficient marketing and promotional material is present.
- Presentation and Communication: Present to internal and external stakeholders, partners, and the general public.
- Key Contacts: Identify key contacts in partner organisations who are in a position to provide either direct referrals or access to individuals who may self-refer.
- Presentations: Present Reed Wellbeing's services in the wider community, and partner organisations, targeting identified at-risk groups and areas of high deprivation.
- Events and Presentations: Present at events or remotely to partners and the general public.
- New Areas for Engagement: Identify new areas for engagement to ensure the achievement of referral targets and programme participants.
- Partner and Referral Organisation Requirements: Ensure partner and referral organisation requirements and expectations are always met.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot any issues as and when they arise professionally and at speed.
- Staff and Volunteer Activities: Co-ordinate staff or volunteer activities to ensure smooth, professional, and compelling engagement.
- Representative: Represent Reed Wellbeing at any additional meetings as required.
- Database Entry: Enter any necessary or relevant detail into databases.
- Good News Stories: Support the collection and write-up of Good News Stories.
- Engagement Projects: Deliver engagement projects, such as contacting participants who have failed to attend to attempt re-engagement or investigating reasons of disengagement.
- Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to participants, capturing experience and feedback from the service, outcomes, and impactful case studies for promotion.
