Job Title: Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Belle Eau Park in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our Warehouse and Transport Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure weekly invoicing is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the reliability, accuracy, and completeness of the site's financial information.
  • Prepare business plans and forecasts.
  • Track reliability of plans and performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensure the quality of finance analysis and the tracking of action plans.
  • Liaise with on-site leadership to help with decision-making.
  • Provide financial input into any site projects, from analysing opportunities to monitoring and reporting actual performance.
Requirements:
  • Exemplary analytical skills.
  • Part-qualified accountant or educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with Operations and External Customers.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
