Position Overview:
In the role of Civil Engineer, you will be instrumental in delivering technical design support across a wide array of projects. Your expertise will ensure the production of precise reports and designs, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team and the overall satisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement design projects within the residential, commercial, and educational sectors.
- Create detailed reports, designs, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain best practices and enhance design services.
- Provide specialized knowledge in drainage design, flood risk assessments, and sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS).
- Ensure adherence to relevant agreement sections - S38, S278, S104.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a UK-based design consultancy.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, WinDes/MicroDrainage, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical design capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Experience in conducting Flood Risk Assessments is essential.
