iotaSciences is a pioneering provider of cutting-edge single cell handling solutions, empowering researchers to accelerate their discoveries and push the boundaries of cell biology research. We're seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team and help deliver innovative solutions to leading academic institutions and pharma/biotech companies in the UK and Nordic regions.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and supporting customers through every stage of their journey. Your expertise will be invaluable in presenting our solutions to scientific audiences, representing our company at international conferences, and providing technical training to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to sales targets in line with company strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer support, including pre- and post-sale assistance
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers
  • Present our solutions to scientific audiences and represent our company at international events
  • Manage leads and customer interactions through our CRM system

Requirements:

  • Experience in cell line development, CRISPR, gene editing, or iPSC
  • First-hand experience in scientific instrument sales for cell biology (ideally)
  • Strong analytical skills combined with excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including international trips
